May Cooldown

At the end of May, we had quite a cooldown.  You could say it was "unseasonably cool".  In fact, it felt like we were in San Diego.  It was around 80 degrees for the high, and the air was fresh and breezy.  So, we took advantage of that and spent the morning at the park.  This girl would spend all day at the park if she could!
Not even afraid of the twirly slide anymore!
She is funny with a posed smile.  Sometimes it turns out really good, and other times she just looks plain goofy.  This one was pretty cute.
Originally we had gone to feed the ducks, but oddly, there were only about 3 ducks in the "lake", and they wanted nothing to do with our stale bread.  Luckily the fish in the pond were very interested in our bread.  Hannah got a kick out of feeding them!

She also made a new friend just in time to borrow her sand toys (since Mommy didn't bring any...I can't be expected to remember EVERYTHING!!!)
Later in the weekend we were over at my sister's house and discovered that Hannah and Zoey have matching Dora nightgowns.  Who knew!  They were smiling, but of course by the time the picture finished its delay, this was the best pic we could get:
And now we are just trying to keep busy through the summer heat!  Not enjoying the great outdoors this time of year :(

I can't get over how big sweet Hannah is getting. She gets cuter every day. I wish you had those May temps again ~ it's even hot here in the mountains but rain and cooler weather is coming SOON!
